Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange fresh items within 1 hour of your purchase.

No exchange on toys, jewelry, hygienically and physically damaged items.

No warranty/guarantee on damaged toys.

Exchange should be done at the same store where you made the purchase.

Keep the original invoice for your exchanges Return will be accepted within 7 days of purchase with original bill copy.

Return can be done between 10:00a.m.- 10:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday.

Product to be returned should be in saleable condition with packaging intact.

Return can be done only at the store the goods has been purchased from.

Due to Hygiene issues below category products will not be returned: Cosmetics, Shaving products, Perfumes, Deodorants, Hair accessories, Fruits and Vegetables, Dairy, Chiller / Freezer products and seasonal items.

Gift wrapped products cannot be exchanged or returned.

All products that have Guarantee / Warranty cannot be exchanged or returned at store, as all post sales service will be provided by the manufacturer's authorized service center.
