Exchange & Return Policy

  • Exchange fresh items within 1 hour of your purchase.

  • No exchange on toys,  jewelry, hygienically and physically damaged items.

  • No warranty/guarantee on damaged toys.

  • Exchange should be done at the same store where you made the purchase.

  • Keep the original invoice for your exchanges Return will be accepted within 7 days of purchase with original bill copy.

  • Return can be done between 10:00a.m.- 10:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday.

  • Product to be returned should be in saleable condition with packaging intact.

  • Return can be done only at the store the goods has been purchased from.

  • Due to Hygiene issues below category products will not be returned: Cosmetics, Shaving products, Perfumes, Deodorants, Hair accessories, Fruits and Vegetables, Dairy, Chiller / Freezer products and seasonal items.

  • Gift wrapped products cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • All products that have Guarantee / Warranty cannot be exchanged or returned at store, as all post sales service will be provided by the manufacturer's authorized service center.
